1. All equipment, personal belongings and guests must remain inside apartment at all times. Keep front door closed.
2. Please remove shoes inside house after loading.
3. Food/drinks are allowed in the kitchen only. Other rooms can be approved for food/drinks prior to shoot.
4. Do not stand on or place equipment on antique furniture.
5. No pets allowed unless approved prior to shoot.
6. Costumes and props are available to use. Please check out with me or the site manager on the day of your shoot.
7. Rugs, mirrors, artwork and/or curtains can be changed or moved but must have approval before shoot and there may be a separate fee.
8. Please do not come early.
9. You have 15 min load time to bring everything from driveway to inside house.
10. Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time.
11. If overtime is needed, please let site manager know 1 hour prior to end time of shoot. We will check availability as we may need to adjust schedule to accommodate.
12. # of attendees should be 100% accurate. For any adds after booking has been made, please contact for approval. We will charge $100 extra per person WITHOUT approval.
13. NO SMOKING inside, outside or on property.
14. Music on speakers should be at a respectable volume (especially after 10pm).
15. For bookings shooting “sound” – please let us know ahead of time.
16. Do not change out light bulbs without approval. If this is approved, all light bulbs should be given to me or site manager when switched out.
